Full Planning

 This package is best for the client who needs the hands-on professional help from beginning to end. This package includes:

  • Initial Consultation – initial ideas, colors, style, guest count, and budget (1 hour) 
  • Budget analysis meeting – custom budget creation or revision of existing budget and offer cost-efficient ideas 
  • Vendor research, recommendations, accompaniment to in-person meetings, contract negotiation and ongoing communication (1 – 3 hours per vendor) - Venue, Rentals, Catering, Cake Baker, Photographer, Florist, etc.
  • Design and manage stationary and attendee list 
  • Design, purchase/rent décor 
  • Purchase and assemble favors/gifts (if any) 
  • Coordination of out-of-town guest accommodations
  • Week-of "stress free meeting" – review final details 
  • Day of Coordination
  • And much more...

A La Carte/Partial Planning

  This package is best for: A client who only has specific issues to address but does not need extended help, like finding the right band or location. We meet with clients for however long they need – to assist with any aspect of their event. We can search for venues, research and suggest  vendors, create a budget…the list is endless. Check our Add-Ons below to choose your services and book your appointment: 

  • Initial Consultation to help us understand the couple's vision for the day. We'll draft and sign a service agreement in this session. (1 hour – No Charge!)
  • Checklist development
  • Day-of timeline creation

  • One consultant throughout planning process
